To the organizers, participants and guests of the
V International Forum
Marine Industry of Russia 2015!
On behalf of the Russian Engineering Union and personally, I congratulate the organizers, participants and guests of the V International Forum Marine Industry of Russia!
Being the maritime power for more than three hundred years, Russia continues to hold leadership positions due to the modern fleet and the powerful shipbuilding sector. Technologies for successful development of the shipbuilding industry are being implemented by the companies of the industry. However, today in the conditions when the shipbuilding is switching to innovation-based development, the efforts of all public and industry structures shall be coordinated to the greatest possible extent.
The objectives set by the Marine Industry of Russia Forum reflect the burning and acute problems which shall be solved by Russia today: modernize the industry, improve the labour productivity, train highly qualified personnel, and enter a new level of development in complicated economic and political situation in the world.
The absolute efficiency of the Forum which facilitates the integration of specialists from many industrial and scientific organizations is confirmed by success of the Forum held in the previous years.
I am confident that this jubilee year the highly topical Business program will help to overcome the difficulties of economic nature and of geostrategic significance in order to maintain the marine prestige of Russia.
I wish the organizers, participants and guests of the V International Forum Marine Industry of Russia fruitful discussions and implementation of their plans.
